Youth Division Class Policies (age 2 - 18)
Structured Program culminating in year end performance.
Youth Classes will be cancelled after first 3 weeks of the semester if less than 5 students
are registered for the class.
Regular attendance is vital to the development of your child’s ability and injury prevention;
you MUST notify us if your child will be absent.
The school reserves the right to place a student in the appropriate level at any time.
It is recommended that you bring your dancer dressed and ready for class 10 minutes prior to the start of class.
All students taking Jazz level I/II and level II or Modern II or above MUST be enrolled in a ballet class at Giordano’s - NO EXCEPTIONS.
All students taking Ballet III or above must be enrolled in 2 ballet classes per week at Giordano’s.
Class Cards may NOT be used for youth division classes.
A costume fee for the year end performance applies; $40 per class. Costume fees will be due in February 2009.
Teen/Adult Division Class Policies (minimum age 13)
Open Program allows you to choose the classes that fit your schedule
Classes are on going.
Students taking Teen/Adult classes must be a minimum of 13 years old.
Class Cards must be filled out at the registration desk at the start of each class.
Teen/Adult classes require purchase of a single class or Class Card, if not registered for the semester
General School Policies
5 Students must be present for a class to run.
Please allow 10 minutes before class to check in at registration desk for Teen/Adult classes.
Late comers must have teacher approval before entering class. For safety reasons and at the teachers digression a student may be asked to observe the class rather than participating.
If medically, a student is unable to attend class, a letter form the attending doctor is required, and a class credit will be issued.
No refunds granted.
